Membership Freeze Policy
Members may freeze their memberships for a period of thirty (30), sixty (60) consecutive days.
For an Electronic Funds Transfer member, Ladimax requires a minimum of three (3) days advance notice to process your request. In order to stop your billing cycle for the month that your freeze is scheduled to start, requests must be received no later than the 28th of the prior month. If you are billed for the month that your freeze is scheduled to start, you will be compensated for the month following the end of your freeze. Your billing cycle will automatically resume after the end of your freeze.
PLEASE NOTE: If you wish to come off freeze earlier than intended, simply fill out an Early Reactivation Form at the front desk indicating you would like to do so and your monthly dues will be prorated accordingly. Members on Freeze will not be able to use Guest Passes during a Freeze period, but may purchase a day pass at the rate of $25.
